Use this as a starting map, then adapt it to the people, tools, and permissions involved. This site does not connect to a customer system or execute an automation.

The process

1. Capture with permission

Take notes in a suitable place. Minimize identifying or confidential information and follow any permissions you agreed with the participant.

2. Separate evidence from interpretation

Keep exact statements, your observations, and your assumptions in different fields. Do not turn a paraphrase into a quote.

3. Organize the themes

You may use an authorized AI tool to suggest themes from anonymized material. Check each theme against the actual notes, including contradictory evidence.

4. Record what is still unknown

A handful of conversations does not establish a market-size estimate or guarantee demand. State the limitations of the sample and the question.

5. Choose the next test

Turn the notes into one specific decision or experiment. Name the evidence you hope to observe and the point when you will review it.

Before this goes live

Choose tools last

Start with the systems already in use. A new tool needs a specific job and a responsible owner. Confirm supported actions, plan requirements, data handling, and failure behavior before enabling an integration.
